school of taiji quan (tai chi chuan) and qi gong. The name E-qi-libre refers to the free circulation of Energy, qi [chi], (“vital energy” in Chinese) in the body. The practice of taiji quan and associated energy arts plays an important role since it helps dissolve blockages caused in particular by stress and lifestyle habits.
The symbol for Eqilibre 是 is the Chinese character shi, which means “true”, “correct”, “to be”.
Be in agreement with yourself, do what you say, put into practice what you preach, live and be the values you defend. To be true, to find harmony between what we think, what we say and what we do. To be true, to find your place as a human being and to feel at peace, in balance and in harmony with your peers and your natural environment.
The red-brown colour of the Eqilibre symbol is the colour of rooting and stability.
We provide courses in different wellness clubs, companies and associations, both in the capital and in the provinces (Maransart, Genval, Louvain-la-Neuve, Watermael-Boitsfort, etc.)
In addition to regular courses, our students can improve their skills during internships organised in Belgium and abroad.
We are also specialists in corporate events (team building, staff parties, etc.), an area in which we are recognised for our expertise.
